API GOLDFISH PROTECT makes tap water safe for goldfish, protecting them from harmful ammonia and removing chlorine and chloramines from tap water. GOLDFISH PROTECT benefits the protective slime coat of Goldfish. Use when starting a Goldfish aquarium or bowl, when changing or adding water, or when water testing shows the presence of ammonia. Dose according to directions on product label. Product contains 118 ml of solution, and treats up to 178 L of aquarium water.

Use when starting a goldfish aquarium or bowl, when changing or adding water, or when water tasting shows the presence of ammonia. Using dosing cap on bottle, add 1 ml for each ½ gallon (1.9 L) or 5 ml for each 2 U.S. gallons (7.5 L) of aquarium water. To help maintain a healthy goldfish aquarium, a weekly partial water change of 25% is highly recommended. For unfiltered environments, an 80% weekly water change is advised.
